About tazaTe 大地茶场
Introducing tazaTe pét-nat tea, a subtle and natural sparkling brew. Crafted from organic tea leaves, natural herbs, and fruits are introduced during the fermentation process. tazaTe works with small farmers with sustainably grown organic tea and herbs, and do not use any fertilisers or herbicides. The light fermentation process spans over 1300 hours in total. The first stage fermentation brewing process lasts approximately 432 hours, the second stage low temperature fermentation brewing process lasts approximately 96 hours, and the third stage of maturing approximately 792 hours.
