Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your wines and products must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@whetyourwhistle.com with your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receptive and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. In the unlikely event that this has happened, please let us know immediately and we can refund or replace it.
