Saison is a small batch handmade vermouth that celebrates the bounty of each season. Made in Melbourne by chef turned aperitif nerd Dave Verheul.

Dave Verheul's take on the much loved sweet red vermouths of their native Italy made with a base of Victorian Moscato and Shiraz, over-roasted hazelnuts, and 2 different types of wormwood infused into this high quality base spirit.

The perfect everyday vermouth to drink straight up, in a negroni or with a splash of soda, or do whatever you want!
