Plus & Minus is a contemporary range of zero alcohol wines that have been made by winemaker Corey Ryan using high-quality grapes from the Barossa Valley.
The wines have been made without the use of any artificial sweeteners but uniquely see the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the de-alcoholization process. GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol.
Ever wondered why its called Plus and Minus? Because it's a Plus (+) for antioxidants and a minus (-) for alcohol!
