A clear carbonated soda that captures the essence of a pine forest.
Marcis and Luke worked with a sustainable foraging company to harvest douglas fir and scots pine. This is then distilled using a traditional copper pot alembic still, lengthened with water and carbonated.
The Pine Forest Soda is delicious as a substitute for tonic water in a GnT, in a whisky highball or just served as is.
