Fruktstereo Britney's Pears 2020

This pear based ultra funky and electric cuvee consists of pears gathered from all our local growers and producers, that we ferment together, in glass fiber tanks. After the fermentation, we store it for a while, before blending in 20% direct pressed Aroma apples, to balance out the pears sweetness and funky aroma. We also do this to get enough sugar for the bottle fermentation. This makes the cuvee very fruity and easy to drink.

Fruits: 80% pears (Alexander Lucas and Conference) and 20% apples (Aroma)
