A spicy, herbaceous, bitter sparkling wine alternative made from a megablend of fruit juices and botanical tisanes. Bolder than its sibling Antilope. Lemon vebena, yarrow, yellow gentian, green pepper, Sichuan pepper, orange zest, lemon zest, turmeric, passion fruit and juice of grape, apple and lemon.

Romain des Grottes is a treasure discovered in the lower plains of Beaujolais (south of Broiully) quietly turning his appellation on its ear with dedicated farming and a winemaking philosophy geared to one thing in mind – drinkability.
The organic and biodynamic farming methods Romain employs with very little plowing in the richly biodiverse vineyard produces gorgeous, expressive fruit that is perfect for the light-touch vinification techniques he favours. Not even copper is used, and when necessary Romain uses preparations from different plants. They all hit straight at the core of good drinking.
