Ok Ok is easy and light, a very open wine on supple fruit sensations in which a good acidity is accompanied by an alluring roundness. Very interesting carbonic macerated wine! Think Beaujolais but more alive! Whole cluster, 10 day maceration, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts
