Cox i 2kaj is a grape & apple sparkling wine fermented in very old hungarian Tokaj barrels. Cox i 2kaj consists of 70% of the best danish Holsteiner Cox apples we could find along with 30% italian chardonnay grapes. This gives a super lean and precise wine/cider hybrid that has been pleasantly rounded off by the barrel aging. One of Æblerovs most serious ciders to date!
