About ACALA
Acala sparkling tea is carefully crafted using only the finest natural ingredients, and is free from artificial flavours, colours, and preservatives. It is the perfect non-alcoholic alternative for wine and cocktail lovers who want to enjoy a refreshing beverage with a touch of sophistication and elegance.
First, a selection of the finest organic ingredients. Then tea is brewed in spring water over a live fire, before fermenting in oak barrels, stainless steel tanks and glass jars, accompanied by music. Next, the matured fermented teas are blended with freshly made teas, spices, flowers, herbs, and juices. Lastly, the bottled sparkling tea is matured in bottle in a cool, dark cellar, much like fine wines.
